Q: Will I know how much the car service or car repair will end up or will I get a big surprise ?
A: Before Dynarev commences any work, we will show you a written estimate of work required and associated costs - you are always in control of the cost and will not get a nasty surprise.

Q: Do I have to pay on the day of the job and how can I pay ?
A: Yes. Payment needs to be made at the completion of the job.

Q: What is the warranty on your work?

Q: What are your labor rates?
A: $120.00 an hour if we provide parts, and $140.00 an hour if the customer provides parts.

Q: Do you do repairs as well as services?
A: Of course, we have all the necessary tools, equipment and employ fully qualified and highly trained technicians.

Q: Are your technicians qualified?
A: Yes we only employ fully qualified technicians, ASE Certified that have been in the trade for 4 years or more. Dynarev also continues their training with internal and external training courses.

Q: Do you need to be a member?
A: No. Dynarev isn’t a club. We are a professional service and repair company. No ongoing membership fees - you only pay as you need us.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.

Q: What if I have to leave my car at your shop for a day, and I don't have another vehicle?
A: No problem. We work together with Enterprise and for $35.00 a day you are able to get a rental car. Necessary equipment

Q: How does your pricing work ?
A: This depends upon what you need. We always strive to give you a fixed price up front and let you be in control of costs. Give us a call and we will let you know the most cost efective option.

Q: Should I spend my money on a new timing belt and other scheduled maintenance that is due for my Audi or should I just by a new car?
